Our team is built on decades of frontline experience in public affairs, infrastructure, and community advocacy. Among our leadership is a seasoned public affairs expert with over 38 years of experience in publicly financed infrastructure projects across California, Texas, Kansas, and Nevada. With a specialized focus on public housing, right-of-way, and community relations, she brings a deep understanding of policy development and advocacy for low-income communities.
Her expertise spans relocation strategy, environmental justice, crisis communication, and stakeholder engagement. She has led the design and execution of enhanced relocation and acquisition programs for public agencies, private developers, and public-private partnerships—always with a commitment to equity and inclusion. Her work has had local and international impact, including engagements in India, Dubai, Cuba, and Spain, where she evaluated high-speed rail development and its effects on small business communities.
